Q. Are you a pet-friendly hotel?
A. Yes! Viceroy Palm Springs is a pet-friendly hotel that offers pet services for your beloved pooches. A $100 per pet per stay fee (plus tax) will be added to your folio at check out. We request that all pets must be less than forty pounds. Dog walking and sitting service with advanced notice so dog owners can enjoy breakfast in bed or a candlelit dinner. Please contact the Concierge for information and rates. A portion of our pet fee is donated to a local animal shelter. In addition, the hotel occasionally hosts pet friendly dinners where your pets enjoy a special menu while you enjoy Chef Bailey's seasonal cuisine and wine pairings. Q. How many pools do you have and what are your hours?
A. We have three refreshing pools open 24 hours, two adults-only swimming pools and one family pool.

Q. What is your signature drink?
A. One of our most popular drinks is the Chill out Limeade, a blended lemonade and vodka drink with a hint of mint. A perfect refreshing drink while lounging poolside.

Q. What does the daily resort fee include?
A. The daily resort fee is $28 (plus tax) and includes valet parking, WI-FI high speed Internet, local and 800 calls, inbound faxes, daily newspaper, morning tea and coffee at Citron from 6:00-11:00 am daily, access to the spa facilities, complimentary yoga classes (please visit the Spa & Wellness pages for schedule information), townie bicycles and 24 hour access to the fitness center.

Q. What are the Fitness center hours?
A. Our Fitness Center featuring a variety of cardiovascular equipment and free weights is open 24 hours daily.

Q. How do I reserve a cabana?
A. Cabanas can be reserved for a rental fee, both during the day and evening. Please call the Catering & Sales at 760 320 4117 ask for ext. 797. Our Catering professionals look forward to assisting you with menu and beverage selections.

Q. Is the Hotel and the Palm Springs area family friendly?
A. Yes, the hotel is family friendly and features a dedicated family pool. There are many activities in the area such as, Children's Discovery Museum, Living Desert, Knott's Soak City (Seasonal) Boomers, and Air Museum.

A. The Viceroy Palm Springs brings back the glamour of Hollywood's golden age through it's unique design esthetic by renowned interior designer Kelly Wearstler, author of "Modern Glamour: The Art of Unexpected Style" and her latest book "Hue".

A. We do not have a traditional frequent guest program, but we do recognize and acknowledge our repeat guests in unique ways.

Q. Do you have a golf course or tennis courts?
A. Viceroy Palm Springs has preferred relationships with many local golf courses and tennis courts. We do not have these facilities located on property but our Concierge would be happy to assist you with nearby recommendations and reservations. Some of our recommendations include:

Q. Do I need to make spa or restaurant reservations in advance?
A. Reservations are always recommended to guarantee your preferred schedule. The spa and restaurant is happy to accommodate walk-in requests for treatments and dining subject to availability at the time of request, but can not guarantee a preferred time without advance reservations.

Q. Which of your rooms allow rollaway beds? Is there an additional fee?
A. Not all room types can accommodate rollaway beds. The resort offers several room types that offer two Queen Beds (Premium Studio) or an option of sleeper sofabeds (Wetherly Suite, Dorrington Villa and Sovereign Villa) to accommodate additional guests. Please see the Accommodations page on our website for room descriptions and maximum occupancy using sleeper-sofabeds. The following room types can accommodate one rollaway bed at a fee of $30 per night (plus tax); requests must be made in advance: Premium Studios with King Beds only, Wetherly Suites, Dorrington and Sovereign Villas.

Q. Do you have connecting rooms?
A. The resort has no connecting rooms but does offer two bedroom villas (Sovereign Villa) so that larger parties can enjoy a shared living area and private residence experience. In addition, we do our best to accommodate requests for adjacent rooms or for rooms near each other. The hotel is not able to guarantee location of rooms but our staff does its best to accommodate special requests based on availability and hotel occupancy.
